Nanded express dashed school bus killing more than 20 school students.

HYDERABAD:

In a drastic train accident that occurred on Thursday at Masipeta in Chegunta mandal in Medak district in which more than 20 studnets reportedly lost their lives.

Kakatiya School bus from Toofran dashed Nanded train coming from Nizamabad to Hyderabad at a unmanned level crossing. Sources said that more than 20 school students have lost their lives and many of them are said to be serious. It is said that nearly 30 school students are in the bus at the time of accident.

• Chief Minister K Chandrasekhkara Rao express shock over the bus-train accident. He directed the official to extend the best possible medical care. He is in touch with the Railway officials. He ordered an inquiry into the incident.

There are 38 students in the Kakatiya Techno School bus that rammed the running train killing 25 on the spot. Ten students have been admitted at Balaji hospital and some were at RR hospital. Arrangements are being made to shift some of the students from RR hospital to Yashoda hospital.

Minister Harish Rao, Jagadeswar Reddy and Padma Rao are monitoring the situation. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao while expressing shock deputed the three ministers to the accident spot. Harish Rao speaking to media said that the Telangana government would bear the entire expenditure cost.

.• Deceased identified are Bhuvana, Viwshnu, Suman, Mahesh, Vamsi all are from Islampur, Razia, Vaheed from Krishnapur, Vidya, Charan, Divya from Gundetepalli, Varun, Sruthi from Venkatayapalli, Bikshapai (driver and Danush (cleaner).
