Telanana non-cooperation movement begins today

The Telangana JAC has called for a non-cooperation movement in the telangana regions demanding the tabling of Telangana bill in the Parliament. As part of the non-cooperation movement more than two lakh government employees in the telangana region are boycotting their work from today.
The following are the highlights of the Telangana non-cooperation movement.
- Political leaders and workers in several telangana regions have travelled in APSRTC buses without buying a ticket.
- As many as 2,000 workers in the RK-5 mine have boycotted their work which resulted in the stall of production in the mine.
- Merchants and traders in the Enamaloor market have staged a dharna. They have called for a bandh in the market.
- Workers in the Singareni mines have staged a dharna.
- Conductor of an APSRTC bus has redirected the bus to a local police station as large number of people are traveling in the bus without buying a ticket.
- TRS leaders in Siddipet constituency of Medak district have boarded a Siddipet-Kamareddy bus without buying a ticket.
- TRS MLA K Taraka Rama Rao has traveled in an APSRTC bus from Khairatabad till the Secretariat without buying a ticket as part of the non-cooperation movement.
