Vijaya Santhi arrested for entering into Osmania University campus

Not heeding to the warnings not to make provocative statements, Vijayashanti tried to enter the Osmania University campus today. Vijayashanti, the TRS Member of Parliament from Medak, reached the Osmania campus in the morning and tried to enter it when the police stopped her. She was asked to return back as the her presence in the campus might cause further problems at the campus.

The police arrested her when and was taken to the Tirumalagiri Police Station. It may be recalled the police has asked politicians not to make any controversial comments or raise slogans that will cause trouble in the region.
