Students rally in Secunderabad demanding separate Telangana state

The students of Secunderabad PG College took up a cycle rally from their college till clock tower in Secunderabad today. Students across Telangana have staged rallies to mount pressure on the central government to approve the formation of a separate Telangana state.
The students have demanded the resignation of Telangana public representatives who have not yet resigned immediately. They also called on those MPs and MLAs who already tendered resignations to get them approved. The police have taken few of the student leaders into custody.
It is known that TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao called on the students to take up rallies across Telangana today.
