Media attacked in Telangana Million march

The telangana protesters attacked the reporters and journalists who are in tank bund to cover the Telangana Million march rally. The mobs destroyed cameras and broadcasting vans belonging to various television channels. The following damages are reported:

Six Photo camers and a broadcast van belonging to Eenadu television were also destroyed in the attacks. The mobs also attacked a women reporter Kavitha and Camera man Naveen and reporter Satyanarayana, all belonging to TV9.

The Telugu Broadcasters association has severely condemned the incident. They said that the attack on media is undemocractic and unfortunate.
