Ponnam Prabhakar demands Government to stand by its Dec 9 statement

Karimnagar Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar has reiterated that the Union Government should stand by its December 9th statement approving of a separate Telangana state. Speaking to the media in New Delhi, Prabhakar said that the Sri Krishna Committee Report has a lot of mistakes in it. He alleged that the members of the Sri Krishna Committee have not considered the feelings of the Telangana people.
He further questioned on what basis the Chapter 8 is compiled in the report. Ponnam Prabhakar also demanded an investigation on the report and said that it contains the ways to weaken the Telangana movement.
