Jana Reddy leaves to New Delhi

Panchayat Raj Minister K Jana Reddy has left to New Delhi to get an appointment of President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The visit comes as a follow up to the memorandum submitted to the Prime Minister on his visit to Hyderabad to participate in the Biodiversity summit recently.

Jana Reddy is expected to meet senior national party leaders including Ghulam Nabi Azad and Vayalar Ravi. He will be joined by other Telangana Congress leaders who will leave to New Delhi on Friday. They will seek appointment to meet AICC chairperson Sonia Gandhi.

The Telangana Congress leaders will stress the importance of the formation of Telangana state and will stress the importance of a favorable announcement on Telangana state formation soon.
