The Telangana supporters staged protests against the screening of the Pawan Kalyan starrer 'Cameraman Ganga tho Rambabu'. The protesters objected to some of the scenes in the movie which are deemed to hurt the sentiments of the people from Telangana region.

Demonstrations were staged at Sriramana at Amberpet and Sandhya talkes at RTC crossroads. Shows in Medchal, Nacharam, Madhapur, Balanagar, LB Nagar, Karmanghat, Gaddiannaram, Dilkushnagar and Kothapet were also suspended.

Activists of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi vandalised the offices of director Puri Jagannath and producer Dil Raju. Carks parked near the officers were destroyed. Dil Raju appealed to them that the objectionable scenes from the movie were removed and offered a special screening for the leaders of TRS and TJAC.
