Special cell for women protection
HYDERABAD: Minister for IT KT Rama Rao on Friday said that special cell is being created exclusively for the protection of women. He said that the police station will be established in Cyberabad IT Corridor.

• MP Renuka Choudary stands for freedom of press in Rajya Sabha. She said that media is the fourth estate in the society.
• Minister Javadkar writes to Telangana Government on stopping of broadcast of TV9 and ABN Andhra Jyothi. He said that MSO has no authority to stop broadcasting of channels.

KCR former Chief Security Office commits suicide
HYDERABAD: Intelligence Security Wing DSP Suresh Rao who worked as Chief Security officer to the Chief Minister committed suicide by shooting himself with his service revolver. He was rushed to the hospital where the doctors pronounced as brought dead. Sources said that he was suffering with health problems and was away from duties. The reasons for his suicide is yet to be known.

Telangana CID registers first case
KHAMMAM: Telangana State CID that was formed with 60 special Investigation Team on Friday conducted raids on Housing Board and seized some documents.
