Home Minister tenders apology to Rosaiah
Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy on Friday tendered an apology to Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah for wrongly levelling allegations against his son-in-law.It may be recalled that Nayani Narasimha Reddy accused Rosaiah of nepotism by alleging that he had allotted one acre of land to his son in law led private medicate foundation form the land belonging to Mallepally ITI at a throwaway price of Rs.1 crore when he was Chief Minister. ‘It is true that I had levelled the allegation bases on feedback from officials which was wrong. An inquiry has found tht Rosaiah’s son-in-law has nothing to do with the foundation. I have apologized to Rosaiah garu’, he said .He said that the Tamil Nadu Governor had called him up and informed him that his son-in-law had no role nor connected with allotment of land to a private hospital at Mallepally.

Crime rate in twin cities increased’, says CP Mahindra Reddy
HYDERABAD : Hyderabad Police Commissioner Mahender Reddy speaking to press on Saturday said that 40 per cent crime cases have been registered during the year while a decrease was witnessed on crime on women. He said that as many as 2,564 task forces cases have been resolved. In capital limits, an increase of 10 per cent on robberies and 5 per cent on violence on women were registered. The police could recover Rs.26.72 crore out of Rs.46 crore on account of robberies and Rs.34 crore were recovered on traffic violations, he said.

Former minister Boda Janardhan returns back to TDP
ADILABAD: Former Minister Boda Janardhan returned back to TDP fold. He joined the TDP along with his followers in presence of TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Friday. Janardhan who was elected from Chennur Assembly segment in 1985 and worked as Labour Minister in 1987. He was elected as MLA from Chennur constituency continuously from 1989 to 2004. He worked as Chairman Libraries from 1989 to 2004 and as vice-chairman of RTC. He was defeated in 2009 elections on TRS candidate G Vinod and joined YSRCP in 2010 and later in 2013 joined in Congress Party. In 2014 general elections, he joined BJP and could not get ticket due to TDP-BJP alliance.
