In the back drop of the Andhra Pradesh State Assembly that rejected the AP State Reorganization Bill 2013 sent by the president by voice vote, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K Chandrasekhara Rao said that separate Telangana State will be a reality in two weeks.

TRS president who is leading the separate Telangana State movement said that he had reliable information that the Bill would come to Parliament on February 15. The reject move by the Chief Minister is sabotage. He said that 'if we go by majority, Telangana will never be formed' and added that it Kiran Kumar Reddy that is defective and not the Bill. He termed the sending back to the President is another step forward in the formation of a Telangana State. "There is no morality involved in the formation of a state, only legality," KCR asserted.
