Azad expressed confidence that the AP State Reorganization Bill 2013 would come up to the Parliament once the discussions are over it in the State Assembly. He said that the Centre would go ahed with the bifurcation of the State irrespective of the opinion of the State Assembly. He said that the President has given 42 days for discussion in the Assembly and sent it back to the Centre for introduction of the Bill.

He dismissed the report of the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy floating a political party of his own. He said that 'Kiran is a Congress chief Minister in Andhra Pradesh and where is the need for him to launch a new party', said Azad.
