K Chandrasekhar Rao becomes first Chief Minister of Telangana State

Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday took oath as the first Chief Minister of Telangana State, the 29th State of India at a simple ceremony at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. Telangana became 29th state of the Indian Republic.

First Cabinet with 11 Ministers

KCR has selected 11 ministers in his first Cabinet. The following took oath as members of the first Cabinet of Telangana.

Rajaiah is likely to become the Deputy Chief Minister.
