Police arrests two doctors for alleged faulty treatment

The Cyberabad police have arrested two doctors of a private cosmetic clinic for performing alleged faulty treatment.

According to police, a woman Chandana Reddy, a US resident had approached Reshape, a non-surgical slimming and cosmetic clinic for hair removal on the face. After the post-surgery, she developed scars and burns on her face.

The Madhapur police booked a case under Section 337 of IPC for negligence during medical treatment was registered against the two doctors. The clinic has two other centres, one at Madinaguda and another at Dilsukhnagar. The doctors were later released on bail. The officer said that that the victim was sent to Government Hospital and added that they seized the certificates of the clinic.
