'BJP warns of agitation if the TRS government fails over its Loan Waiver promise', says Kishan Reddy

The Telangana BJP president G Kishan Reddy has warned the KCR government of an agitation if the TRS failed to keep its promise on loan waiver upto Rs.1 lakh.

Addressing a press conference, the TBJP president said that they appeared to be diluting its promise by stating that farm loans taken between June 2013 to May 2014 would be waived and that the TRS has given a call to the farmers not replay their loans at the time of elections.

Kishan Reddy met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and have explained him of the voice of the party in Telangana. He said that he had explained him that Andhra Pradesh had at least five airports – Tirupati, Rajahmundry, Puttaparthi, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam while Telangana had only one international airport at Shamshabad. He wanted the defunct airports at Adilabad, Karimnagar and Warangal be made functional. Kishan Reddy urged the Prime Minister of the feasibility of setting up a steel plant at Bayyaram in Khammam district and also as 4,000 MW power plant at Ramagundam.
