Voicing once again giving options to employees, Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao said that his party will fight it out in the Supreme Court if the government goes ahead with the proposal.

Speaking at a press conference in Hyderabad on Friday citing an example of Secretariat, he said 85 to 90 per cent of the employee here are from Seemandhra and wanted to know should remain in Telangana Secretariat by virtue of option even after bifurcation. He said that the same yardstick has to be followed to AP Bhavan in Delhi where two out 2000 employees belong to Telangana. He said that the AP Bhavan premises should not be given to Andhra Pradesh government at any cost.

Chandrasekhar Rao said that he is the president of the party that would form the government in Telangana State with more than two-thirds of majority. He was asking only in that capacity to the Andhra employees to go back to their native places and demanded redesigning of the Polavaram project to ensure that a large number of tribal habitations in Telangana are not submerged. He said that the party had moved to Supreme Court.

On water sources, the TRS chief said that the party would release water to all projects illegally constructed in Seemandhra. Only surplus water of projects in Telangana will be released downstream, he said.
