TDP candidate Marsukola Sarswathi and her rival TRS nominee Kova Laxmi are sisters. It is the first time that two sisters are fighting for the same Assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh. Saraswati and Laxmi are the daughters of former tribal welfare minister and prominent Adivasi leader late Kotnak Bheemrao.
