G Vivekanand
G Vivekanand, popularly called G Vivek, is a Member of Parliament representing Peddapalli constituency. He is a politician of the Congress party.
Hailing from a political family, Vivek's entry into politics is facilitated by his father G Venkataswamy (Kaka) not running the election for the 14th Lok Sabha. Vivek was elected to the 14th Lok Sabha from Peddapalli and immediately became a member of the coal and steel committee. He is the Chairman of Visaka Charitable Trust
Personal Life
Vivek was born on November 30, 1957 to former Member of Parliament G. Venkataswamy and Kalavathi. He did his schooling from Hyderabad Public School in Begumpet, Hyderabad and completed his MBBS from Osmania Medical College. He is married to Saroja on June 6, 1986 and they have two daughters and two sons.
He is a member of Boulder Hills Country Golf Club; Secunderabad Club and plays Golf, Cricket in his pass time.
