Nama Nageshwar Rao is a politician representing the Telugu Desam Party. He is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha representing Khammam constituency.
Nama Nageshwar Rao was elected to the Lok Sabha in May 2009 defeating Union Minister of State for Women Development and Child Welfare Renuka Chowdary by over 120,000 votes. He was later unanimously elected as the Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party leader. Nama Nageshwar Rao is a business man and has run an infrastructure company Madhucon Projects. He is one of the wealthiest MP with assets worth over Rs. 173 crore in 2009.
In the 2004 elections, he lost to Renuka Chowdary by over 100,00 votes.

Personal Profile
Nageshwar Rao was born on March 15, 1957 in Birth Place Balapala of Khammam to Nama Muthaiah and Nama Varalakshmi. He has completed Intermediate. He is married to Nama Chinamma and the couple has two sons and a daughter.
