Chandrababu Naidu admits party leaders inability to campaign
The President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Nara Chandrababu Naidu has admitted the inability of himself and some of the top party leaders to campaign in the Telangana region during the recent byelections citing that they are focused on the Babli and other projects in Maharashtra. He however complimented the efforts of the local leadership for doing their best.
Babu said the protest for the rightful share of Andhra Pradesh is important in the interest of the whole of the state and hence they took the decision. Answering to a question at the press conference, he said that resignation by the elected MLAs is not a solution to solve the problem. He said that every political party has the right to stand up and fight for the victory in the elections. He said that the Babli issue was not taken up to politicize or to get favor for the by-elections but for a genuine.
